What are the components of Stress and Trauma and How Do They Affect Us?
 Each of us may or may not have a level of trauma we experienced from childhood or later in life that is considered an event that is disruptive to our system whether we notice it at the time of the event or not. While some stressors or traumas are considered smaller, exposure to these smaller stressors compounds to an effect of trauma. And other traumas are a single large event that is powerfully significant.

And now we know people who experience childhood traumas have disruption in their systems that cause continued stress that is detrimental to their physical and mental health over their lifetime. Heading for physical or mental health challenges isn’t a given, because we can interrupt powerfully restoring our entire physical body, mind and emotions and spiritual components of our system as one part and beyond develop neuroplasticity and epigenetics. When people are exposed to stressors in childhood they compound into proclivities for mental and physical illness because of the emotional content stored in the physical body and neurological system which is the same for experiencing a traumatic event that causes PTSD. These are stressors that release cortisol and cortisol causes inflammation in our system. Inflammation is the underlying condition for the following physical and mental health issues, heart disease (the leading cause of death), cancer, diabetes, addiction, immune-compromised illness, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, and schizophrenia.
Consider experiencing trauma and stressors are like a virus. When we are responding through these trauma responses we are holding the energy of the trauma it implodes to our physical, mental, emotional, being resulting in illness or can explode in behavior that is like a tornado effecting everyone around the person in a destructive manner and often impacting ourselves and all our relationships, that is until we change these responses.

How to Release Stress and Trauma from the Neurological System
You will always hear that a system of energy has two components, the sending and receiving components. However there is one more component that is not included.
