Sessions are held within an energetic and sacred safe space that give you tools that you can use in your daily life. Sessions include equilibration, integration, clarification, understanding, and up- leveling for the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It is likely you will always get homework! This continues your relationship with expansion, growth, and integration.
Sessions may include sound energy medicine.
